Most heat pump covers on the market are sheet metal enclosures. They block line of sight. They don’t address sound.
SilentCover is different. Every opening is calculated. Every wall section serves a function — Helmholtz resonator arrays, destructive interference geometry, and optional mass-loaded cavities work together as a system, not a shell.
Designed for European horizontal-discharge units. Modular wall sections fit standard 3D printers.
What you get:
A high-resolution STL file package — engineered for your specific heat pump model, with full CFD simulation data and real-world acoustic measurement documentation.
Print it. Fill it. Mount it. No tools beyond a standard FDM printer and basic assembly.
Future format: flat-pack laser-cut panel system. Same acoustics. Ships in an envelope.
